About Kopavi Systems, Inc. (KSI)

KSI is an S Corporation founded in 1985. Originally incorporated as Sawtooth Data Consultants launching a flagship software application titled Kopavi System One. In 1996 the name was changed to Kopavi Systems, Inc. for brand recognition and to avoid confusion with another technology company using the Sawtooth name.

KSI specializes in the development, hosting and servicing of database applications for business information technology solutions. Our history of clientele includes names like Mercedes, Chrysler, Microsoft, Rainbird, Focus on the Family, World Vision, Experience Mission, Museum of Flight, American Bible Society, Appalachia Service Project, and The Salvation Army to name just a few.

The officers and board of directors of KSI is a hand picked group of individuals selected for generational and experiential diversity to give the board and the company a strong foundation. Mark Butler is the founder, current CEO, and President of Kopavi Systems, Inc.

The business continuity plan includes a pre-established interim CEO. The interim CEO is an individual who is intimately familiar with KSI and the management of technology service businesses and a very successful business owner in his own right. Should anything sudden and unexpected happen to the current CEO the interim CEO is primed to step in and oversee day to day operations as well as assist the Board with the instatement of a new, long term CEO.
